Project Summary
The SEMAF Project involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of a fully addressable fire alarm system designed to protect multiple buildings and operational areas within the facility. The system was engineered to ensure seamless communication, early detection, and reliable alarm activation in the event of a fire emergency.
Key Items used in this project
- Addressable fire alarm system
- Fire alarm control panels
- Smoke and heat detectors
- Manual call points and sounder beacons
- Fire-resistant cables and junction boxes
- Network interfaces and graphical monitoring system
- Power supply and battery backup units
The project featured the installation of fire alarm control panels, distributed across different zones and integrated through a networked communication system. Each panel was connected to a wide range of smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, and sounder beacons, ensuring comprehensive detection and notification coverage.
Our team also executed the complete cabling and termination works using fire-resistant cables, along with network integration to enable centralized monitoring and control. The system was supported by power supply units and battery backup to maintain full operation during power outages.
Through the SEMAF project, we successfully delivered a modern, scalable fire alarm network built to international standards, enhancing safety and protection across all facility zones while providing intuitive monitoring through the graphical user interface (GUI) system.
